Shipping Policy
We aim to ensure that customers will be satisfied by receiving fresh products with high quality as soon as possible after purchasing an order with us!
So, we are offering next day delivery services across the United Kingdom if an order has been placed before 10a.m. on every working day (Except Monday).
Shipping days are from Monday to Thursday every week
(Not including bank holidays!)
Our last day for delivering orders is Thursday every week.
**Except Fresh Fruits & Vegetables imported direct from Thailand once a week arrives on Monday
and will be available until stocks last. Orders which are made from Wednesday will be delivered OR ready to collect from the shop on the following Monday for Fresh Fruits & Vegetables.
Any orders which are made after that will not be dispatched until the following Monday.
The shipping cost starts from £7.50 for 0-20kg (UK Mainland & Wales),
from £18 0-20kg (Scotland).
Ireland, Northern Ireland, Jersey starting from £20 (0-20kg)
Total Weight of 20-23kg will cost extra £3 for area shipping cost and an extra £8 will be charged for over 23kg weight.
Free shipping on orders over £79 or more.
The Delivery time will be subject to the courier company in the area.
Return & Exchange Policy
We are more than happy to help our customers with return and refund processes if you received Broken, Damaged or an Incorrect quantity of the products BUT you must inform us by phone call or email no later than 24 hours after the package has arrived. Otherwise, we do not accept returns and refunds in any case.
We reserve the right to reject any returns and refunds that have any reasonable and unethical reason. Also every request can only be claimed if they are authorised by us.
To apply for returns & refunds for Fresh fruit, especially Durian (Peeled or Whole), you MUST have to take a clear Video of the product with the full logo of the box/package and send it to us immediately after you receive the product.
Please note we will not accept the photo of Fresh fruit for any refunds & returns cases.
